Land to Hand

Therapeutic bundling

Each harvest, we work with local care homes, hospices, wellbeing centres, refuges and special schools. Fresh trays of loose lavender are made available to organisations so their members can take part in therapeutic bundling sessions.

The rhythm of tying lavender is grounding and calm, and the scent carries long after the session ends. The harvest is done by volunteers who brought this project to life in love and support.
